Facilitator’s Handbook
This content empowers facilitators to lead their Discussion Groups as they study the Gospel Tool Bible Study together. It gives facilitators a clear sense of what is required to lead those discussions, and also how to support group members in their growth throughout this discipleship journey.
Self Assessment Tool
The Self-Assessment Tool was developed as a way to intentionally evaluate one’s own growth as a disciple of Jesus Christ, at several points along this discipleship journey. While we often have goals in other areas of our lives, we sometimes neglect that type of intentionality when it comes to our spiritual growth.
Insights from the field of education, as well as a study of discipleship maturity, have shaped this assessment tool. It is designed to help grow self-awareness, and also to help identify marks of maturity and goals for personal growth, which can be discussed and shared with one another for the purpose of prayer and mutual encouragement. It is not a complete list of the marks of spiritual maturity, but those who have used it thus far have found it very helpful to track their progress.
